This group was formed to enjoy the game of Canasta and is open to both experienced players and beginners.
Canasta Group meets on Tuesday afternoons and Wednesday evenings at the co-ordinator’s home. The Tuesday group is full but the Wednesday one has spaces.
We play by the classic canasta rules.
Players pay £1 per session. This covers cost of tea/coffee and biscuits, frequent replacement of playing cards, new batteries for card shufflers and printing of score sheets.
